The Devil Is Real
Our views on what constitutes 'normal' sexual behaviour have changed dramatically but the idea that most of us are 'normal' and anyone else is a 'pervert' in terms of sexual behaviour is hard to get rid of.
We may be much more comfortable than our parents were with the idea of homosexuality, and most would assert confidently now that fantasies of dominance and submission do not make you mentally ill. But taking the next step to acknowledge that we are all sexual perverts in our own--and often unspoken--way and that this is in fact the essence of being human is more difficult.
